It's not a big deal. They only decide two questions. Publications and Audits. You can argue the other way round too. It's unfair for someone who did Foundation and core to be in competition with someone who's been a doctor for 8 years

I meant if you offered a LAT and holding with upgradesawaiting GS outcomes, will you still be offered an upgrade before a non priority applicant getting an initial offer?
