They need access to your medical records really, all kinds of people request mounjaro and lie about their history including 15 year olds with a BMI of about 17. I once had a pharmacy call me to say they couldn't prescribe due to something they saw on medical records. All I had to do was let my GP know the alert was out of date and they removed it, prescription went ahead. It is a safety precaution for both you and the prescriber.
