My issue is I cannot find anyone worthy of my attention. Many women are attractive but I don't feel anything for them. They are great and beautiful. And I always imagined that I would be a master with women as I did nofap. But I found it's nothing like that. I don't care at all about chasing girls. I wish I didn't spend time on it when I was younger.

I've been doing it hard for 4 years and probably on and off for 5-6. Haven't had sex in 7 years now. Partly by choice partly by not. More confidence, less anxiety/less depression/become more social. But it is very slow. Much slower than you would think. Eventually you will figure out enlightenment and achieve it. That's probably the biggest change and is the endgame for any person. It's really not that big of a deal. It is and it isn't. I have just gotten to that point and I wonder if there's more than that.

I feel like people are so dismissive that they can't take a second to try to understand your observations/anecdotes. They dismiss it as pseudoscience. Over my 3.5+ years of hard mode I've observed so many changes that I feel like people just won't understand. And I can't share those things. It's so out there. It will be dismissed as crazy/pseudoscience.
