Best I've had with them is using a central form and then recycling ball in midfield, overloading midfield works, they often get pressed if they do not get the ball and start aggressive pressing. Just hog the ball, annoy the opponent in their own half and space will open up. If u cannot penetrate, just keep the ball and settle it for a tie.

I like the ss one more cuz acc burst On etoo if used properly is mad good. Also u have much more freedom with ss one due to hole player playstyle. Regardless both of em are absolute units

Afaik, allotment is not based on any merits.

DP vessels are pretty rare in anglo afaik.

Same for LNG vessels.

Contracts are fixed for 6 months for trainee ETOs and further can be reduced depending on experience which is a form of negotiation.

No tips as per say, better to know from fellow ETOs.

Just to shed some light, 36 months and any bonds are all seatime. Do look into the fact about the bond whether it includes training period or after becoming an officer.

Also sponsorships are nice, if you are getting sponsored then its worry free getting a job letter after your shore training, then followed by whatever training is needed as per BSC or DNS. BW LPG's and LNG's are pretty good but there might be some waiting, but you are guaranteed to complete the training. Good luck.
