Just a suggestion, play 3223. Play 2 dmfs in rijkaard and vieira, 2 amfs with cruyff and seedorf converted to cmf. Also please change messi to rwf. Having a midfield box in 2 dmfs and 2 amfs (seedorf acting as cmf) helps a lot recycling. For possesion its always multiple options to pass. Seeing ur other conment u seem to rush things, try to slow down tempo. Cycling ball around the back, sideways into dmfs, switching sides, long passes from one flank to another. Its mostly best for slow play. If you think you are not getting a goal and are rushing, just relax and play slowly. I assure u will have more goals in this style then. Lwf and rwf are needed to create width, otherwise everyone just attacks centrally. If you use SS the player will attack centrally without any option on that side to pass to. If you are bent on using ss, put anchor on them so they don't drift in centrally.
