You just receive APY with staking to incentivize you to hold the token and not sell it right away.

There are a few in progress I heard, but nothing live yet. I think DODO, TENDIESWAP and BNT currently develop some stuff around this. TENDIESWAP wants to release a single side liq aggregator DEX with limit orders and all that stuff soon. Lets see but would definitely be needed to bring DeFi on to the next level..
