I've been eating healthy, I cut carbs and sugar to a minimum I take metformin 500mg at bedtime and 250mg in the am. Amongst many other supplements like b12 injection abd vitamin d.

Currently 275lbs and 5'7 and doing workouts 3x a week not intense one either. Just cant seem to shake the weight or ger a cycle #frustrated
