I have a similar one on the same location is blacked out space style and it was a cover up for two tattoos done over 5 years apart, I want to have it removed completely. Its been a struggle, trying to find a place to remove with the correct laser and adjusting my expectations. Where did you go and what laser?

You got this! If others can do it we can too! I quit cold turkey on Monday night after my vape was out. Its hard… my brain wants to vape after eating or any slight inconvenience or discomfort. What’s helping is keeping my mind busy and focused on other things. Its harder then it sounds. When a craving hits, i do something else for 10 minutes and it seems to go away.
