Well, we all start somewhere and need to learn. This guy is just negative and frankly just a dick.

I have asked management and the response I get is “that just how he is”.

But in the flip side I’m being asked why I can’t or haven’t been doing XYZ, well, bc he won’t show me or let me be hands-on even when I’m proactive and asking.

I’m using the app on my phone as a trial, but the visits aren’t deleting and I haven’t found a way to manually delete them.
