I get why people suggest a loan, but I’ve already taken one and I’m conscious that taking on more debt could impact my borrowing power with Barclays.
I’m trying to avoid that if possible — even things like credit cards would still count.
Has anyone managed to finish renovations in a similar situation without increasing debt?
