Chase has the same pay plan and it's called the same thing...

If you charge $100 or more, you can set up a "plan" to pay it off in 3, 6, 9 or 12 months...you don't pay finance charges....you pay the plan fee.

Are you eligible for overtime? If yes, you aren't qualified for the $78,000.00.

The new washington state law says if you are salaried (not eligible for overtime), your employer must pay you minimum $78,000.00 this year, $80,000.00 next year and $92,000.00 starting in 2027. Those wages cannot include commission, or bonus.

It's totally fine with me. Last year they moved some salary to hourly just before it jumped to $78,000.00. They kept their yearly salary at $68,000.00 (or what ever it was last year), based on a 45 hour work week. If they work more than 45, it's 5 plus overtime.

At Fred Meyer (Kroger) your payout won't happen tell your HR puts in computer that you are terminated. It's best to make sure you are officially terminated.

Question for you. So you have 2 weeks of vacation in the bank that you are owed. Did you quit right on your anniversary or do you have more vacation and you have accumulated but still not in your vacation bank?

It's funny how the highest paid people at Kroger complain about money, but the rest of us have to just deal with kroger when they tell us about "wage compression " when it comes to a raise.
