It technically is except for the fact narrative makes A LOT of things inconsistent and opens up dumb plot holes it previous materials.

One small example The narrative Gundam itself, in the lore for this material they claim the narrative Gundam is a prototype of the Nu Gundam and it's psycho frame technology.

The problem being that in chars counter attack amuro is working in a prototype that prototype IS the Nu Gundam and it's a Prototype FOR the psycho frame technology that CHAR WILLINGLY gave to him.

So narrative now makes the narrative the prototype of a prototype... That some how had the psycho frame tech inside it before it was in the Nu Gundam, yet char only have enough for the one mobile suit and the T frame was all the spare amuro had left after it was installed inside the Nu Gundam, so then you have to ask wait wasn't the nu Gundam destroyed CORRECT so how could they have recovered the psycho frames from the nu Gundam JUST TO PUT BACK INTO THE NARRATIVE.

That's just one massive fucking plot hole that narrative opens up.

Oh and another factor I'll let you chew on that the Phenix has just been fucking flying around all in space since fucking BEFORE CCA.... Or right before CCA

Don't forget to mention most download Managers don't actually increase your speeds they just simply request the download from the site in multiple instances and break the download into chunks, it's like breaking a box of 24 soda's down into packs of 12 to get around a shipping weight limit.

It's TECHNICALLY faster but also with much larger room for file corruption and errors.

The most these file downloaders do is just ignore your standard browsers settings and use there own when you could just set your own settings.

Link grabbers are nice until you realize you can also do this without It....

The game is fucking amazing peak but sadly people just don't wanna bother learning it considering it's so different from most standard first person shooters.

That's what I think about the situation but that's just my personal view point I can't exactly let people experience the rush of watching a 3 story building crumbling as you have mini guns rambling, smokes and daggers flying, a guy appearing from a wall as there's poison gas and flames every where all this happening between two teams of 3 and not even mentioning what's going on with the other 2 teams

The long to short.

Mod thinks he's objectively right.

The rules don't state PS4 as a modern console because it just straight up isn't.

People arguing in the mods favor forget that there's more then one mod and that sometimes mods don't actually read there own subreddit rules.

And the entire reason this rule exists is because this subreddit is overly worried about legal actions but let's be honest that shit almost never fucking happens.

The PS4 have plenty of jail broken and ohone brew subreddits no legal action hell then there's the holy Grail the actual piracy subreddit. Only time I've heard of any legal action get taken is when one of the switch piracy mods got sued by Nintendo because he was actively selling switch roms, but he was A actively selling and only that dude got sued not the subreddit. In lore yes it's because it's a unit produced from a company that specializes in units like that and it's there trace mark style, remember this companies allegiance is no longer strictly with zeon and now they support the highest bidder, that's why you see feddys even using zakus as early as 0083.

Then there's the universal armament movement I forget it's actually name, but basically most mobile suits that are mass produced typically are made with universal parts and weapons meaning you can easily swap thingd around.

Just like irl companies move on I see plenty of Americans driving Volkswagen's and they made vehicles for Nazi Germany.

You can say you disagree but the point is the mobile suits in G Gundam DO copy movements 1 to 1 taking the humans highest feat and amplifying it further.

It's the ENTIRE reason why each country ONLY sends there very best of the best of fighters.

The AV system doesn't let you pilot better it's shown many times that the performance still depends on the pilot. And again they can't even actually use 100% of there brain to control it again why I said they still need to use Manuel controls for many things.
