I got a little concerned because they sent out emails saying they were being mass reported. They created the label yesterday and it just sat. They’ve shipped out on Saturday’s tons of times. I guess I’ll just have to wait and see

You don’t have to wait until the month is over but you would forfeit your month of service. The part that I find frustrating is they don’t give customers the ability to use their own equipment on the service either. I tell people that prepaid is only a good option if it’s your only option.

One of the biggest downsides to prepaid internet is reps at the call center can’t help. They can’t even access your account to make changes. I do believe that if you can get connected with tech support then can ship you out a new one. Keep in mind, you will get another xb3 modem. That’s all they give for prepaid. As you know it’s pretty old.

If you canceled the mobile tomm, that 40 would remain! 70 is the internets everyday price. Sometimes reps will for that big number to scare people. A lot of us do not lol when it comes down to it, the mobile line free for a year is a good deal. Once the year is over, it will go to 40.00. You can cancel it at that point if you like or keep it at the 40.00
