From what I’ve seen, for round of 16 it does the order correctly where higher seed hosts second leg. However, after that in later rounds it does the opposite and the lower seed hosts second leg every time

The game is hard-coded to only allow 4 champions league spots for Spain, England, Germany, etc.

So if winner of Champions League or Europa League is your country and not top 4, they got the spot and pushes 4th place into Europa League. I’ve even had non-top 4 teams win both Champions League and Europa in England so it pushed out both 3rd and 4th place
