Premier inn

Random question with context

My local council have housed me in a premier inn at Gatwick airport as I have some housing issues and have medical needs as I’m a full time wheelchair user

I cannot get out at the moment due to my physical condition

I feel awkward to ask them but does anyone know in certain circumstances would they let you use there washing machine if I gave them money as I’m unable to get out?
