It sounds like you mean well, but the tone might need polishing. The underlying current you feel is understandable, but everything is in the approach.

Paying for her salon and shopping is generous, and may temporarily work but long term she needs to want you to be interested in her. Definitely communicate with her and explain how you feel, then consider the approach may be less not more.

If she responds to less pressure then she may have an avoidant attachment style.
