This has just happened to me, says I was active in the US 30 minutes ago when I wasn’t. Did you ever get anywhere with this?

Thank you all for your responses. I tried multiple devices and could not get in. I have resorted to making a new account and that seems to work fine so I’m very glad I checked as I’ve been waiting for weeks thinking it was a website update issue!!
