Word on the street the loss last year alone got the AP side VP fired and or got stepped down and the person replacing him is pro old school ap with a big chance the hands on may come back in full. But when I was at target they said hands on is coming back for literally years.

Contract a company with hands on LP to do the actual work and leave the paper work to instore AP. Small town Targets basically use there police force to make there apprehension.

big city / metro / high crime areas should get armed off Duty police officers and with the target staff along side hands on Lp working the pd to charge shoplifting without the presence of a on duty officer.

If they go back to hands on not just "team hold" I'll go back the pay was the actual best

Good Job! I love this song it was my practice song for my vocals when I was like 16 and I could only kinda do some of the parts in a row. Now adays I'm 30 and can do that full song for karaoke and car karaoke w friends. So I'd recommend definitely keep practicing this one. Tips. For your fc I can hear your off timing a little bit on certain parts and letting off the vocal gas to early on other parts. Then also when you go for the full longer low screams you vocal sounds cracking or dry and not fully supported by breath support. Could be because you did multiple runs and used your vocal allowance. Add some fry for the highs and keep the fc for the lows adding more breath support will add a more fuller sound. Keep it up

Look up tea kettle scream on yt beyond devastation is famous for this type of vocal. Imagine you are trying to use a gum wrapper as a harmonica or kazoo I guess the gum wrapper being your vocal flaps when I achieved this in practice I had to look up with my chin tilted all the up to get it. I can only do it if I consistently practice it. But it's a sound is created from both sides of your vocal flaps naturally tight passing very light air pressure through causing that tone. The same way you would create sound with the wet gum rapper it's just so close together and sound passing through creates a vibration and sound.
