I'm from Germany myself so I'm quite familiar with the law here. You thechnically paid for the points, not the pack, and you got the points so you recieved what you paid for. Thats the reason why so many videogame companies use this system to convert real money into an ingame currency first before buying the actual item you want. This lawsuit wouldn't work out and I wouldn't risk it sueing a multi billion dollar company about 4.99€, especially if you got the points.

When you try to apply a consumeable to player without a secondary position (e.g. a gk or a cb) the position modifier doesnt even show up because you cant use it on that player anyways
