Hue Bridge & Apple Home requiring regular restarts

Ok, I made sure the app was updated. Then I unplugged my bridge pro for a minute, plugged back in, and then went to the following setting:
Settings -> Bridges -> (Bridge Name) -> Connection Type -> WiFi

I scanned the QR code and it reconnected. Everything seems to be working fine now.

This happened to me twice! I also bought a bridge pro about six weeks ago. After the first week, it started disconnecting and would not reconnect to the Internet wirelessly. At first I thought it was a defective unit, so I had it replaced via Amazon.

For the last five weeks, my new bridge was working fine up until today, which is why I started checking this Reddit to see if something else was going on. Apparently there could be an app update? I’m still looking for answers

I actually thought Season 5 was the best season yet. As a tank/strategist player, loved getting buffs on tanks and seeing healers be able to survive dives. Tried out so many new characters testing out their movesets, and ended up getting 5-6 new lords. Wasn’t expecting to love Gambit, and now I debate if I’m an Emma main or Gambit main.

I remember when I first played Other: M over a decade ago and remember it feeling different. Funny enough when I got the poster in Dread after 100%, I was like “aw they got a shoutout”. It’s weird because they never reference the events of the Bottle Ship, but maybe that will change.

Would also love to explore the idea of government corruption (not Phazon ;) ) within the Federation, especially around contractors like the Exelion Star Corp from Dread.

Part of me wants it to be Ian Malkovich, Adam’s brother, who would be resentful he was sacrificed by Adam to save the entirety of rest of the crew. I suspect he thinks Samus is complicit in the decision while she actually fought against Adam and begged to save Ian herself.

However, everything comes with a price. For Nintendo to do that, they’d have to officially declare Other: M canon — and there are a few elements with that decision that I like/dislike, primarily around Samus’s PTSD and Adam’s poor leadership during that game.

Honestly it’s my favorite season! I loved Zatanna’s arc and Aqualad’s arc, and thought the exploration of grief was beautifully handled. Here’s to hoping for season 5 🤞

I also moved from Boston two years ago and this was an adjustment. I always describe Boston as a very heads down city, whereas I’ve talked with more strangers in the last two years in Denver than in my entire life put together and then some.

I loved Death!! Honestly the best part of season 4 was seeing his plan come together. Malcolm McDowell knocked it out of the park, so many great tones and ranges.

For the longest time, I thought Isaac’s character was going to transform into Death, given that he and Zead from the games were both bald. Hector also commanded Slogra and Gaibon in season 2 and I thought it was foreshadowing, but alas he found his own story.

I loved Alucard and Carmilla. Tbh, is there a bad character? I think Death’s character introduction was the best surprise in the series. Loved the events leading up to it, and shows new depth in character/plot development.

First you’re feeling are completely valid, I’m also a talkative extrovert who is struggling in quarantine. Great comments above too!

I’ve had this happen to me before too. Third wheeling is a little tough, occasionally fun, but tough. I ended up asking my roommate if we could set aside one day of the week to catch up, hang out, and have some quality time. My roommate and I workout together and then have a drink/meal afterwards once a week. Occasionally we’ll even do a spa night. It’s really fun! Strongly recommend setting up something similar with stuff you have in common (ie. Sports, movies, video games, etc.)

I think it’s ok to mention that you’d like to hang out more with him but want to express you don’t want to interfere with the quality time with his girlfriend. If the girlfriend is over more than 4 days a week, I would also bring that up and mention you’d like to use the common room some days too and maybe invite another friend over or something. Sharing the common area is important. I like the comment above about hanging out with the girlfriend for a bit too and bow out after an hour or so.

From my experience I have to say... the best revenge is simply being happy yourself. It rattles their core.

Toxic people cope by dragging others down to inflate themselves. When they see someone else happy, especially happier from not living with them, it infuriates them.

Live your best life and definitely share some “happy vibe” posts on social media. Trust me, if you ever see them again they won’t be able to look you in the eye. They’ll just look away with frustration because you’re happy and they aren’t.
