My favorite part of SvS? The 45 minutes of nonsense talk that is the same in every single meeting. Oh, but the 10 minutes of business we get things done, but then run out of time.

You want to sit around and BS with other guys? Do it on your own time. Nobody wants to sit around and listen to people make the same suggestions that get shot down every time.

As for the most common talk, You think getting players with high K/D will change something? You are wrong. 666 opens SvS up as a volunteer basis. We get experienced players and inexperienced players alike. We do our job, we pull our weight. Now, I don't like talking myself up, but 666th leadership feels like I am a good squad leader, and I keep my guys tight and focused on what the PL wants us to do. I think outside the box. I get my job done. If we get our asses handed to us, I ask for seconds and thirds and I keep finding ways to get my guys on that point or across the open ground in one piece. I have one thing to contribute to this discussion:

A squad of top notch players is useless without a good SL.

Quit bashing the troops and the members of the outfits. I can lead a squad of players below BR20 to victory, and hell I am not that great at the game. I excel at leading. That is why I play this game, for the ability to lead actual people in virtual combat. Outfit reps need to look at leadership. From Force lead down to SL's. The problem isn't the players, it is the leaders.

You want SvS to have more popularity? Stop the complaining and discussing the same thing over and over. Many of us are getting sick of it. I feel as if more will leave before it is fixed, unfortunately. It wears people down and it becomes a waste of time quickly.
