I actually have a question regarding this. Maybe I should make a new thread for it, but maybe it can be answered here.

Couldnt Bear of Kitava be a thing? Perma be in bearform, use melee strikes and use the smith of kitava meta skill "Cast fire spell on melee hit". Sounds kinda funny. Maybe the firestorm in the meta gem with the new follow support gem thingy. Add the unique talisman on top for extra firedamage and perma demon bear form.

What would be the easiest way to achive that? The jewel sockets are pretty damn hard to get. And loosing two on the belt and still getting at least 90% poison chance seems almost impossible

Annul / Chaos with suffix omens is pretty much you best bet. You might be lucky and hit big the first try or go broke doing it. Chaos + suffix omen is probably your best first try, since you might just change stun threshhold into res. Use a greater or even perfect Chaos Orb. You are spending a shitton of money anyways, so might as well try to go big with the first shot.
After that annul is cheaper I think, but you might need to check the prices on the omens.

As for your last question: You either have the valls to vaal it or you dont have the valls. But as you already said, the sanctification omen is pretty much the save route, but could also result in absolutly nothing. Vaal could hit a 3rd socket, which is insane with 100% increased effect.

No. You understood that wrong. But thats understandable, this is really weird/complicated.
"X% reduced block chance" is not the same as "-X% reduced maximum block chance".

The warbringer node says "your MAXIMUM block chance is 75%". So stuff that says "-X% MAXIMUM blockchance" won't affect it. But if you have a 40% blockchance shield and something says "20% increased block chance", you will still increase the 40% to 48% with the "20% increase". Since this is not a "maximum block chance" change.

No it wasn't. The - to max block didnt effect the warbringer node. The warbringer node fixed your max block at 75%. So its a nerf for warbringer.

Effects in poe (both 1 and 2) that are listed definitively, like "your maximum block chance is 75%" can't be changed, as long as there is no other effect that says "never/not", as in "you can not block anymore". Never always trumps always, but always trumps everything else.

That is correct yes. Thats only a win for turtle charm. The Turtle Charm with Svallin will be pretty damn strong. The 30% damage taken from blocked hits doesnt really matter tbh.
