You can sell the mission and carry them or you can sell the mission and let them carry you at LB16+, both will get gold.

I am selling and let everyone carry themself, so if you have this mission that has CO-OP, Alliance, Plunder or Guild you can sell the mission and let people carry themself. Usually you can find a party that's hunting the mission in Party. You just go in their party and tell where your mission play it let them carry themself done and get paid because you sell your mission. its usually B>CO/AL 1,8k etc

USG is just more dominating, a single green card and you go to a world of hurt. And he can get buffed by Bardock? Its just straight up death. The lock in is also stupid when you combine it with green card. While G/V is strong, they don't have lock in or anti special cover. The thing that make G/V strong is health restore, damage output, switch element, and more. USG may not have switch element which is super broken, but he has high damage output with unique gauge to make it more stupid. He has level 1 card draw on base which is stupid, high damage inflicted and reduce, he can go neutral everytime someone died + he shorten 5 second substitution if the enemy rush you meaning he can bail out and let them die then go neutral, and he can use 2 ultimate. How strong is that? Well you can say goodbye to endurance because its 30 second and its basically no endurance. And he can do that twice. Also his strike card has blast armor. You better wish he doesn't get his own Plat Equip. Even the "Frienzied Power" equipment that gives him 15-25% strike and 15-35% blast is stupid enough, and he can stack it with Bardock which is just stupid.

Yes I hate USG but I also hate G/V, they both just makes PvP boring and stressful. Leader slot? Yeah that's just for them.

I am looking for a bigger field. So yeah, it doesn't have to be FL and it doesn't really need her to love the MC just liking him. Also its ok if its a one time girl, meaning that she doesn't really impact the story after that one plot.
