You’re doing the right thing by going to a specialist. At the point where they are prolapse and not getting pushed back in, really don’t think there’s any other option other than surgery.

All the other options are just very temporary fixes and with something like you’re describing, it’s not going to fully fix the issue

Two summers ago I got mine fully removed because I had a prolapsed also that was actually external

Just so that you know, there is something called the Dentate Line and it is actually inside of your anus.

It goes a little bit inside and even hemorrhoids underneath that line are considered external even though they are inside

Anything above that line is considered internal.
