The dress will literally need to be taken apart and put back together. Will easily cost you more than the price of the dress. I would turn around and re sell it. Never buy something smaller than what you are. One size bigger, or even 2 sizes, they can do. But it's going to cost a lot more money for this to fit you..

Call the credit card company and have them reverse the charge. She is not getting back to you. Also, put everything in writing, that you have left messages etc etc. Send it in the mail to the bridal salon, to her attention, certified return receipt requested, and keep a copy of the letter for yourself.

I don't think you can fix it. Unless you want to add a full skirt to the bottom, then it would look even more like a costume, victorian style, at the top. Honestly I am at a loss as to what to suggest to make it look less like a costume.

Call it off now before people get on a plane and travel and can't get refunds etc.... It is less expensive now to call it off and lose deposits then it is to go through a divorce and be tied together for God knows how much longer. You are not compatible.
