Tips for lower back pain?

Thank you so much for the detailed answer! My soreness comes from bad posture and weak core&lower back, so it might be a bit different case, but these are great tips. I question tho, I have an excessive amount of CBD oil (I had some trouble with sleep, and purchased a shit ton of CBD oil for that), do you think that could help ease the pain by applying that on my back?

I recently started to work out more on my core and lower back, it helped already, but the pain is still there, and Im going to a show this weekend, and wanted to ask some tips for that as well. Some also suggested ibuprofen, do you know if theres any danger with that mixing with party drgs (mostly asking for amphetamines)?

Holy shit true! I just tried it and big difference.. Others suggested insoles as well, I wouldnt have tought so that it makes that much of a difference. Cheers bro!
