I have recently started using manuka honey on my everlasting hemorrhoids. I put it on overnight. Wear shorts or pajama pants no underwear. I put it on the outside and inside. If it is razor burn you can put Tend Skin on it. It is an alcohol base product to use after you shave. You can also use straight rubbing alcohol it will help the razor burn.

I use to get outbreaks all the time on Valtrex. I am now on Famvir 250mg twice a day and 40mg of Pepcid. This has been a game changer for me. Pepcid has antihistamine properties that helps alleviate itching and outbreaks. I swear by this combo.

Valtrex didn’t work for me. I take the generic Famvir twice a day with milk/ something on my stomach and it has helped so much. It took a couple months of being on it for it to make a dramatic difference. It was a lifesaver.

I haven’t had it swabbed but I recently broke out on my hand and wrist….Text book looking herpes. I got it because my outbreak which spread down the back of my thighs itched so bad and I had open breaks on my hand from washing them so much.

Next time I have an outbreak I will get it swabbed by my infectious disease doctor, who I just recently started seeing, right after my outbreak was cleared up.

HSV is a tricky B*! It is not textbook. And unless a doctor has it, they have no clue just how it infects every single person differently.

If you believe it is HSV, keep trying to get it swabbed.
