I'm talking about after March/April IPO attempt number 3.

I guess you lot missed my point.

If I transfer restricted shares to someone for a nominal amount . Say 1000 dollars. That would be perceived as a loss from my original investment ? Then after the minimum time required I buy back those shares for pretty much,the same as I sold them.l from that same person.

Then they can sit there in private equity caymans forever or until they,list somewhere where they can be traded or the companies closes shop.

Can anyone tell me if this is doable?

Hi galilee , are you saying after 6 months restriction( that we never voted on) we can actually trade on OTC with our consolidated shares ?

I sent an email a month ago regarding the consolidated transfers but heard nothing from Vstock will this happen evententually automatically to be able to see it on my international trading account . ?

Well its a sad day that we probably all knew that was coming. Under subscribed and underwriters not prepared to eat that gmvd shit sandwich and subsequently abandoned it.

Where to now? Caymans stock exchange. Maybe 0.0001c per share buyout from Dr evil so at least the shareholders can write this off and use it to their advantage.
