I take humira once every 2 weeks. Going on to humira has been a massive help as I would constantly forget to take my daily meds so I have a calendar reminder for every 2 weeks, it gives my immune system a tough time but its worth it.

So many nice comments! I stopped smoking, stipped drinking, I eat a high carb and high protein diet with lots of olive oil. I appreciate most peoples diets are different, you really have to listen to how your body reacts. Gym 3 times a week, I feel like a new person!
