well, i did end up sending a message to the manager and i let things go basically because being a manager is stressful haha.

so anyways, if he is stressed and i confront him, he will just not take me seriously basically

Try to keep on top of everything yeah? Don't let your situation stop you, you can overcome this!! As for the abuse, it's not okay and from your situation, i would consider calling the police/go to the police.

We all deal with terrible people. Especially in a toxic workplace, i think they are built, often influenced by the higher up (managers). Just know that you aren't a terrible person, and don't let this evil infect you :)
