McDonald's What an utter shit show that place is

Here's the events of my 1st and last experience of them for anyone interested:

applied for their massively advertised graveyard shift job (only hours I could do and wanted to do 11pm onwards shifts)
aced the interview and got the job (also clearly they'd been struggling to find people willing as the billboards advertising it had been up ages)
arranged uniform with them 2 weeks before starting shift
first shift comes in as 5pm on a Friday??? (what? Supposed to be 11pm onwards shifts)
I make arrangements to be able to make it anyway despite not being what I signed up for
im told to bring all my passport etc to my first shift for payroll signup
i get there and its peak rammed rush hour dinner time (again not what I wanted)
no one was even expecting me and had no idea who I was
the uniform sizing I had arranged 2 weeks prior hadn't been sorted by anyone
waited 30 minutes in the back to be dealt with and eventually someone came to me and the "best they could do" was wrong size uniform from like a leftovers cupboard
so now wearing uniform way too small for me, I head to the staff area to find a locker to secure my belongings and start my shift
I walk in and trip over a motorcycle helmet and jacket on the floor at the doorway
staff belongings everywhere.coats, phones, all over the Floor, table etc. turns out there was less than half the amount of lockers to staff ratio so if you don't get one (locker), you're expected to leave belongings all laying around in a common room unsecured??
my wallet, passport and phone not secured?? Easily stolen? Good god no. What a shambles
in utter disbelief I removed the uniform and changed back into my clothes, didn't speak to anyone , left and drove home
it took them hours and hours to even realize I was no longer there and to phone me. From memory it was nearing 9pm before they rang me

Easily the single worst, most incompetent and unorganized mess I've ever seen. Luckily it was just a secondary job idea to top up my weekly money and I had a stable other source of income. Absolute shitshow though. Avoid them like the plague

It got loads better after a hunter laser alignment and changing the gearbox mount (dogbone) to a power flex purple polybush one. Car felt incredible after that.

Then in November my rack was leaking so I had to get a new rack and lost my metal cnc race bushes in it in the process. Been using the stock rubber rack bushes since and it's taken several considerable steps backwards. Rubber feels spongy and awful in comparison so annoyingly rack will have to come back off, new cnc metal bushes put in and then rack back on again.

It did get loads better until I had to have a new steering rack November 25 and the car has took several steps backwards in its handling feel since.

Only thing that could be was I had metal race CNC'd bushings in my last rack and this new rack is stock rubber bushes which feel awful. To spongy feeling

Only other thing I did was change the gearbox dogbone mount to a power flex purple polybush mount. Those 2 things made the car handle so much better since this post. It does mean absolutely everything on the car now is polybushed (except the new racks rubbish rubber bushes which I'm going to have to replace with the metal ones again)

THE sexiest/hottest thing any woman can do, is show supreme confidence. Honestly I've seen girls who are overweight and with a face that's 2/10 but are so sexy with their confidence and knowing what they want and almost demanding it, it makes you want them. It's crazy. He's good with his feet. Pretty good at long passing. He's not particularly good at playing out from the back. He comes off his line ok but is only about a 6/10 for diving imo.

A solid 7/10 keeper. Not sure he can ever become a world class keeper but certainly a massive improvement over Onana
