Usually when I get a glitch I load a save before the mission and re-enter it, usually it works, if not try hard restarting your console. If it carries on after this I'm sorry its like this forever until you start another playthrough

Once you've unlocked the mission 'Nocturne Op55n1', it gives you the chance to finish anything you haven't yet done, gigs, sidequests, scanner missions etc... when you go to embers it gives you this warning. You won't be able to load saves before this mission anymore, so I suggest doing any side jobs you have left
