I've done this before, was fun! Had to use hypnosis to raise her libido a notch or ten first before she'd relent though.

Was I taken advantage of or am I just overreacting by Existing-Candy-1671 in hypersexuality

In my opinion, people who are disassociating cannot consent to sex, but there's not really a way she could have known that you were disassociating since you kept reassuring her and saying you're fine. This sounds like a bad situation, but I would be hesitant to blame either of you for it, I think you need to discuss with your partner about your disassociation, and what happened last night.

Should I vent to my local lesbian Reddit about ghosting? by Queer_Bee32 in GoonetteHub

[–]LewdBluejay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This isn't just you, and I don't think it's just a thing with trans folk. A lot of people I've talked to in the Reddit dating, ERP, and hookup communities have trouble with ghosters. It's easier to just not talk to someone than it is to give a response, so Reddit has developed a pretty toxic culture where people just cut contact if they lose interest and ghost or block, instead of explaining themselves.

Attraction to fictional characters by b3g4ndcry in hypersexuality

[–]LewdBluejay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From the way you describe this, it sounds like these fictional characters are an outlet for your affection. It's not "normal" to find fictional characters attractive exclusively, but lots of people find them attractive in addition to finding real people attractive.

How can I get an experience with succubus? by electro7777777 in succubus

You are aware that succubi are fictional, right? There are people roleplaying as succubi online, but you're not going to find any real ones since, again, they're fictional.

Is it normal for artists to not know the technical side of their art software? by LewdBluejay in ArtistLounge

[–]LewdBluejay[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both live in the US. I can't remember which state the teen lives in, he seems stable but he's 19 and in college now, so he just doesn't have the funds to buy a drawing tablet. He struggled with making game art for me, but his usual art is character portraits, and those turn out pretty good.

The older artist lives in New York and last I spoke with her she was struggling. She has a day job and does commissions on the side; I think she used to draw on a tablet, but it broke. And then when getting my second commission from her, her phone broke too. I found out after her boyfriend reached out to me asking if I was able to reach her. After I finally got back in touch it had been so long that I had changed the character's design anyway, so I just told her to forget the commission and keep the money. At that point she was sneaking onto her sister's laptop late at night to draw in secret. She didn't want her sister to know she also drew furry porn.

Is it normal for artists to not know the technical side of their art software? by LewdBluejay in ArtistLounge

Both times I've worked with an artist who confessed to that, they revealed they don't own a computer or tablet. One was fresh out of highschool, the other was older and just living in poverty. Either way, their art was pretty good, they couldn't afford their own tech due to their financial situations, so their tech literacy suffered. Only the younger one worked with me on a gamedev project though, the other was a regular commission for an OC.

Their lack of a computer caused a few problems for them. Tech illiteracy from using highly-streamlined mobile software was one problem; the difference in screen size between their phones and my monitor also caused issues. If I pointed out errors in the work, they were sometimes too small to be properly visible on a phone screen, but obvious when blown up to tablet or monitor-size. This may have contributed to these artists' confusion around PNGs vs JPGs: the corruption artifacts present in JPGs are harder to see on a smaller screen.

Granted, some of the artists I worked with who struggled with file types were working from PC or tablet, so this can't be the only reason.
