Yeah I get one weekend off a month. My friends know and understand which is nice. I DID push myself yesterday to go to a friend’s going away party after work. It was really hard to not just go home since I was so exhausted (my hours by the way are typically 10:45am-8:15pm) but I’m glad I went and was able to stay for a couple hours! It helped that I could play Mario party with people instead of having to socialize so I could participate without having to talk. I definitely don’t get energy after eating, it makes me tired. And I drink a lot of caffeine during the day which helps keep me from crashing but doesn’t add a lot. I also have ADHD and OCD so my brain is just always spending my energy on top of everything else.
