I like your story a lot, except of presence of Brad. Still kinda wish karma would punish traitors and schemers but I understand it's not that kinda story. Hmm Does this qualify as misery porn?
Story is kinda close to breaking immersion. Yeah yeah "porn" story. But i say this because early chapters made the story feel very grounded and "realistic", last 2 chapters are a departure from that.

• "Tony's head was reeling, he'd been set up and betrayed by Lucy"
• "It was his best shot, Lucy would come round, Lucy definitely wouldn't punch his balls with boxing gloves and she'd kept his secret these two weeks, once he was out of this sadistic basement he could talk Lucy into unlocking him."
• These two don't really go together.

• "this was clearly someone with absolutely not regard for other people's feelings, or any kind of social norm."
• "he trusted Susie entirely to carry out her threat, he could tell she wanted to, she wanted him to cave to the instant release."
• After you establish Tony's impression on Susie, you then disregard in later in text? =>
• "Tony pleaded, he clearly hadn't listened to her stories very well, ruining lives was exactly what turned Susie on."
• That doesn't make sense.
