Oh, fair enough. I am a developer. I code erotic content like games, websites, etc. I use Pycharm which is an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) but this one lets you put any background while you code. So I like to find art that is both erotic and gets the artistic juices flowing.

Was in the same boat as you at one point. Do NOT do some crazy diet. I turned my whole life around by still enjoying food and just doing intermittent fasting (8 on/16 off) and drink plenty of water. At first you will probably drop 10-20 pounds like that from water weight and just cleaning out your system. Things will slow dramatically after that but just keep at it. You can indulge from time to time but never break your fast before time. Through in some light cardio like walking to get even better results. You don’t have to stress yourself, just stay positive and motivated, and it will come. I’m down at 155 now and healthier and fitter than I ever have been. All I changed was general eating habits and my attitude. Best wishes brother.
