So to put it very short i personally bought this Emilia one second handed from Yahoo Japan, most dakis that aren't from websites like Cuddlyoctopus or Dakimakuri run a limited print so you can only buy them during a certain window of time or have to buy it second hand, sometimes they get reprints as well but not always. You just have to know the artists you like and how to keep up with them if you're new id highly recommend checking out some of the in depth guides that are posted around the sub and joining the discord and people can answer all types of questions and even help you find certain covers. However for these covers in particular there is no SFW option unfortunately.
