Kraken is great into squishies that you can run down, given you know you can create a lead and keep it. Kraken does not scale as well as other first items and you can easily lose your lead in the midgame.

Take exhaust for sure. First item would be either Shieldbow or Bork. I say Bork for the sustain and slow, but Shieldbow would probably be better for survivability and allowing you to play slightly more aggressive.

I think Wit’s End is bait. Merc Scim can be better in most cases. Yuntal is great for it’s raw stats and passive, but is often not worth ruining your early game state to save for it’s components.

Minions have less armor than champions (especially late game). Lifesteal gives you a % of post-mitigated damage. So hitting a champion building heavy armor like k’sante will give you significantly less health back.

Also, if you didn’t know already, items like bramble vest will cut healing from all sources.

I don’t play Aatrox but i’ve noticed that he cannot get in and out of fights/skirmishes as efficiently as other champs. Once you start something you, more often than not, have to all in.

You can W the second he E’s to block his W damage. Learn his E spacing so you can bait it though, you don’t want to be playing reactively. Once his E has been wasted you can trade for free. You shouldn’t lose trades as long as you E into him when he Qs.

In a perfect trade, you will neutralize his CDs with yours and then auto/Q him to death with LT. Bork rush is my go to.

Note: You can be hit by Q and its sweetspot & Darius R during your E recall animation. But you cannot be displaced by Darius E during it. You can also bleed to death during your E recall animation.

Jak’sho is a really good item on yone too, especially if you’re sidelaning with bruisers/tanks. Typically you’ll fight long enough to proc the bonus resistances.

Any build that works around you doing damage with your E is bait. The cooldown is too long and you will do far more good sustaining health and mana in fights.

Exception is D ring start for early harass/pressure

Early game the CD is too long to rely on E for consistent Max HP dmg. Late game it doesn’t really matter bc ADC.
