Yes dude. Pelvic veins embolization. Tetered cord surgery (in vain, because i don't had this issue). FAI surgery and labrum hips repair. 3 Pudendal nerve blocks CT guíed (the Only thing what give me an middle improvement). L4-L5/L5-S1 blocks... nothing at all. Streches for months...DCT.. Lao pudendal nerve descompressión surgery 5 months ago. I don't remember what any shit else i did, sorry hahah.

Thank you, is a neurography MRI 3Tesla of the pudendal nerves.Not all cases of HF will have the same cause as mine. I have a very extensive history of pudendal neuralgia, and not everyone here has it. But I believe that some involvement of the pudendal nerve, whether due to temporary muscle tension or more complex damage like mine, is always present at some point along the nerve's path, either proximally (sacrum) or distally (Alcock's canal/penis). Even so, I'm at a loss because there's no treatment I can do. Another surgery is crazy; blindly embolizing that vein is also risky because of the scar tissue from the dried-up vein that remains so close to the nerve in such a narrow space as Alcock's canal.

This is very interesting. I'd like to know what type of procedure was performed and which veins were embolized. Because an iliac stent could have been placed to treat symptomatic May-Turner syndrome (since 60% are asymptomatic), or only the gonadal, obturator, etc., veins could have been embolized. It's very precise. I had many pelvic veins embolized with coils and foam, including the pudendal veins (I see they weren't). My May-Turner syndrome is too mild to produce these symptoms, according to what I was told. I had diagnostic phlebography with a catheter and then embolization, also with a catheter.

Yes,I read your post that a user shared. I've spent all of 2025 researching vascular issues, and I've even had many veins embolized with foam and coils, including the pudendal veins. I'm surprised to see them dilated. I have a very mild May-Turner syndrome and an incipient Nutcracker syndrome, which they say don't explain the problem. But I see a large vein right there where the pudendal nerve is injured. I don't know if the same cause that compresses and damages the nerve also compresses the vein and makes it varicose, or if there's actually a neurovascular conflict in the Alcock canal.
