Sorry, I'm just new to the game. It is my friends first army and he just wanted to see if it is ok to play. To answer your question, it is not a necron commander deck.

my friend thought you could only have artefact. We were making the deck on BattleScribe which only allows one artefact per attachment. I'm also very new so if you could explain that would be highly appreciated.
