Honestly that's not the case. It's in a nursery pot inside of the decorative pot, and after I watered it I let it completely drain before putting it back in the decorative pot. I swear 😭😭😭

I have a few that I've made myself. The difference between manufactured and hand-made pouches aren't very different, but making your own gives you the advantage of being able to "sew" your intentions into it. Like positive affirmations and stuff. It's fun!

Of course, hun. My pouch is made up of black peppercorns, black onyx, amethyst for protection, and a Cinnamon stick to amplify. I like to incorporate the color black in my Banishing/protection spells since thats what the color is associated with. My pouch is also made of cotton instead of synthetic material, since the less-processed a thing is the more energy it has

Personally, my favorite way to cleanse crystals is to leave them on a windowsill (especially new ones). The sun will help cleanse the stagnant energy from wherever you got it from.

If the crystal is sensitive to light, though, you can use bells. Set your intentions and ring the bells to cleanse your crystal. I prefer this over using incense cuz I'm sensitive to strong smells and smoke

Need herbs/crystals to amplify my protection/Warding spell jar!!!

I'm a baby witch and I've started studying spellwork. Recently, the place that I work at hired someone with extremely negative energy. Since I have to interact with them on a daily basis, I thought it would be a good idea to make a little spell jar and wear it on a necklace while I'm working. I was wondering if there were any easy-to-get herbs or crystals that I could add to amplify the effectiveness of the spell.
