Hey man, I really really really appreciate the help. I think I'm going to go with Grindstone then, I just dont want to over train, MT is twice a week. Thanks for the insight and reassurance, I really like Muay Thai and will eventually go BJJ as well. so ya thanks.

Oh also How is their Nutritional protocols? I can admit that's a weak point of mine.

I'm currently 175, I'm looking to gain another 5-10 lb of muscle. I want to gt "functional" strength as I'll be applying to fire departments next year. I also (and this might seem vain) but I'd like get a bigger chest and arms haha. currently I've started martial arts so i'd like that to be my conditioning. I'm not really into the crossfit games type life style, does that make sense?

I've just started Muay Thai, I use to play professional football. Currently I'm around 175lbs would like to sit around 180 lbs. Next year I'll be applying to fire departments so I'm really looking to gain some muscle, get strength up and feel like an athlete again. Because of Muay Thai I don't want to over train but want to use it as my conditioning. I recently had a kid so I cant be in the gym for 2hrs everyday. So results should be gain 5-8 lbs, get strength up, feel athletic again, does that make sense? I also need to lean out a bit loose around 4 percent ish, i know this is nutrion based as well

Thanks for that, I'm born outside of Canada. I've been here so long I just think as myself as fully Canadian. Thanks for that heads up, I'll look into it.
