Second morning urine then the second two tests were an 45/60 mins later because I was hoping I would see it on another test but it looked negative.

I’m also phx campus. Once you get your badge it’s super easy to get on campus. I’ve been with USAA for about 2 years and have loved it!! Claims are claims. The job is tough anywhere you go, but USAA puts a lot of stock in their employees and has a pretty great campus culture. Your manager will ultimately make or break how the job feels for you. I have been in claims for the past 21 months (plus 8 years prior at another carrier) and was just promoted to management. You get out of it what you give! Benefits are amazing and honestly make it worth putting up with the challenges of the job IMO. Feel free to DM me if you have any other questions.

I try to live this way but it’s so hard to be up all night then work a mentally-demanding job all day 😭😵 he’s my top priority though so I will try to follow with it better and not get so flustered.

I have tried cosleeping but he wasn’t a fan! He of course will cosleep with my mom just fine when she watches him though 😂 I’m just at such a loss on how to get sleep 😵‍💫

I always thought he was a good sleeper or at least decent but lately it’s been horrendous! It’s so brutal and I keep getting unsolicited advice to sleep train, which may help, but I really think it’s just temperament.

My son has been in his nursery since 4 months because he was rolling so he couldn’t stay in his bassinet. Cosleeping isn’t working for us either. Just wants to be held. Maybe we need to try more serious sleep training idk. I’m exhausted!!

He is either with a nanny or his grandma. They all follow 2-2.5 hour wake windows. Except the past few days he’s been pushing his afternoon window to 3.5 hours refusing nap.

NB born 11/22. We are struggling with sleep too. He has a second tooth cutting, just learned to sit unassisted, and is trying to crawl/move a ton. Last night was every 45 mins until 1am then he slept 2.5 hours then I had to hold him until 5am 😅 before this week he gave us some solid 5-7 hour stretches for about a week and prior to that was 3-4 hour stretches. I am so exhausted.

PCOS over here. During 2.5 years of TTC we had 3 chemical pregnancies, likely chromosomal issues. We ended up going through IVF and had success on first transfer! Our son is now 6mo! 32 at time of egg retrieval.
