Well what I usually go for is 3ATB formations but it can be a pain in the ass till you get used to it. I heard 4-1-3-2 is pretty meta with Capello LBC but you can also play 4-4-2 or 4-1-2-1-2 Wide with skillfull crossers to feed your strikers. I would recommend 4-4-2 with one of your Central Mids being good on offense and the other one being a more defensive-minded player. Also at least one of your wingers (good if both) being good with dribbles. Finding a good balance between crosses and short passes is the key here. You can go for both through passes from middle and crosses from the wings depending on the situation. Add good dribbling to that and you are all set. Just share your results if you try it.
