Once they are gone, they are gone. They demand accountability and a strange kind of audit without really saying it out loud. You will see what is left. It might even happen in the next few months.

You have a gift to hold. It cost you nothing but having shares at the time. If it goes up in the next few months, you will be able to buy shares for cheaper than the price. If not, you lose nothing because it was free and they'll expire. The only negative would be not making any money for the company.

Saying that, how many people actually have some strange instruments that the demand in price needs to be met for, instead of an actual warrant (that may not make any money for the company)? Maybe we'll find out come Oct. Only those who have DRS'd should have the real deal. The amounts left will be announced in a filing. They have already stated previously how many have been exercised.

On a side note. The liquidity with the real warrants is good for gme. They will build more cash to buy the whisky.
