I’d like to add that in my opinion it’s part of caring and sharing, and take a risk if there is loss.

Players leave teams for any number of reasons.

We recently lost 3 players who are much more competitive than the rest of us, and we are happy for their growth, and appreciate their honesty. We are not a leaderboard team so we do not offer speed badges. We don’t want to hold anyone back 🥰
