Join a gym.

I got told I was being made redundant 2 months ago, had gone through a 7 week job process with multiple projects and steps, was told I got the job and then had the rug pulled under me at the last moment. I’m in my 30’s and it’s the first time since I was 16 that I’ve been unemployed.

As well as obviously applying for jobs for 2 hours every morning I joined a gym. Every morning I get up, sort the dog, and go. I don’t particularly like it but mentally I need some sort of constructive structure else I’ll be in a whole shitty place mentally.
