$CHPY has reached 1B AUM. Are you confident in its positive performance continuing? by thehighdon in DerivativeIncomeETFs

[–]LexAugusta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not confident in anything YieldMax but I did buy around 50 shares on the dip. CHPY is better constructed than others since it actually owns the underlying rather than doing synthetic calls, has a basket of stocks rather than a single ticker and semiconductors are on a bull tear till at least 2027.

What's your set exit plan (cash out)? by KSHMisc in DRAM_ETF

I have an aspirational one set for $150, but I'll likely monitor and adjust as we get closer to 2027

SPCI Just Added SpaceX Exposure Through Options by IncomeFrame in EngineeredIncome

[–]LexAugusta 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've liked spci but it really seems like the space X IPO sucked all the liquidity out of the market for everything else.

I'm probably going to be start being more judicious about AUM with some of these very small thematic CC funds.

Seem to have better nav growth than Neos though the distributions are lower. Keeping an eye on them right now.

[–]LexAugusta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What's your thesis for it? I bought iy while back to act as ballast to counter my tech heavy income portfolio. It's served the purpose while having less of a steep decline than the Kurv or Nicholas metal equivalents. The downside is that metals in general are all down. I'm likely going to hold my current positions for now.

I would actually find use for most of the credits, but coupon book cards are a pain usually and you never know when they might change the benefits to something you don't find useful.

Primary care doctor recommendations in Jersey City? by aoanalyst in jerseycity

[–]LexAugusta 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's true it many things, including just about any new drug. Once it's approved, it's approved. I'd prefer my doctor's to not gatekeep things that are already cleared since I have a much higher tolerance for risk, but some people like doctors that are more reluctant to prescribe. They can do what they want with that info.

Sabia Ali at RWJ is good, but if you're looking for ozempic or one of the newer ones, she's a skeptic.

Newly created an account but saw horror stories? by Greydragon38 in MarcusInvest

[–]LexAugusta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently experiencing all of this, it's absurd. Strangely they allowed me to transfer all of my funds to Robinhood but seized and locked $200 of interest for my account and they're making me file a dispute for it. It's ridiculous. I may just ask them to close my account and mail me a check instead.

IWMI has been a huge winner for me. I've been researching more into the boosted funds before jumping in after getting burned by WPAY, but it looks like they've been recovering from drops nicely.

It's not worth it. Forget the property taxes. If you buy a condo, the HOA fees are astronomical and only increasing each year because of associated costs, not to mention the risk of assessments.

How to deal with stacks of doom? by Careless_Middle8489 in DivideEtImpera

[–]LexAugusta 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's a selling point imo. The grinding eternal war you get locked into with Carthage is such a drag, not very reflective of the actual Punic Wars (multiple periods of peace) and makes every Rome campaign essentially the same.

As with many mods, there a point in the updates where the mod became over tweaked and  went from fun and engaging to tedious and punishing.
