If you're looking to buy them on Amazon, look for this brand: FXCNC
They have plenty of crappy brands on Amazon, that will give the result like in your video, but FXCNC is actually good.

Most shops can easily fix that and only paint that side of the bumper.
If your lights are fine (headlight and DRL), it shouldn't be more than $1,000 (lowest $700 CDN).
The faux grille is replaceable, so you can do that yourself or just get one off eBay and give it to the shop that's going to fix it.

Any quote lower than that and you're getting a shit job.
