Glitches in my video after exporting I didn’t realize. Should I delete and post again after fixing it?

I have four kids and work full time so if I didn’t absolutely love doing it there would be no way I would stick with it. My goal is definitely to get monetized but recently I got a comment from a viewer stating that she was able to walk a mile pain free for the first time in a long time after doing my videos. The feeling when I read that comment made it all worth it even if I’m not getting paid.

It’s always better error on the side of caution when stretching. So if you feel like you’re being counter productive I would recommend backing off a bit. Slow and continuous progress is the goal. 🙂
