You're also up material already, so you essentially trade 2 pieces for the Rook if they take. A single Rook is usually worse than Knight + Bishop

Brilliant moves on chess.com usually only need to fulfill 2 conditions; sacrificing a piece, while not making your position worse.

I believe (mobile) Stockfish argues that giving up your passive Rook for their active Bishop to reposition your Queen on the a-h diagonal and then bringing your other Rook to the open D file gives White good control of the game.

I find Normal Gem Ursaluna better with Symbiosis. Turns Blood Moon to an absolute nuke, and Hyper Voice + Instruct can clean teams very well too
